For homework 7, problem number 9...is the "turns ratio inside the transformer" N1/N2 or N2/N1. Also, for the two equations that we need to use to solve parts A and B, do we assume that the transformer is V1 and I1, or is it V2 and I2?
Assume the transformer is V1, I1, which makes the turns ratio N1/N2 = 1/13.
